The Code Committee today formally recommended that the Commissioner for Financial Advisers consider and approve the Draft Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers.

The Financial Service Providers (Pre-Implementation Adjustments) Act which amends the regulatory framework established under the Financial Advisers Act 2008 and the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 has been passed by Parliament.
